The Marangu route takes you through various ecosystems, including pagans, moorlands, and alpine deserts. The route offers ample opportunity for acclimatization, thereby guaranteeing the best chances of success. The highlight awaits you on the summit day when the hikers leave before sunrise to conquer Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, before triumphantly returning to Moshi.
