Spice Tour

We will pick you from hotel 8 AM to Spice Over approximately 3 hours, you will learn and gain practical experience on the cultivation cycle of various spices and plants—including how to plant them, their growth duration, and harvesting techniques. You will have the unique opportunity to eat, smell, and taste a variety of tropical fruits and spices, providing a firsthand understanding of why Zanzibar is famously nicknamed the "Spice Islands." The tour culminates in a captivating local demonstration: you will witness the legendary Mr. Butterfly climb a towering coconut tree while singing traditional songs for your entertainment. You will then have the pleasure of drinking fresh coconut water directly from the tree. As a memorable takeaway, you will receive our handcrafted, traditional ornaments made from coconut leaves, such as a crown, tie, necklace, and bracelets, as a complimentary gift.
